When you use luckybongky.com, we may collect:

• Chat assistant conversations — when you use the chat widget on our site, we store the messages you send, an approximate location derived from your IP address, your IP address, and a temporary session identifier tied to your browser tab.
• Contact details you choose to share — if you reach out via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Discord, we receive whatever information those platforms provide (e.g. your username, phone number, or messages).
• Standard technical data — basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting and security infrastructure (Cloudflare) for security and performance purposes.

• To answer your questions about our Growtopia accounts, pricing, payment, and delivery through the chat assistant.
• To improve the accuracy and usefulness of our chat assistant over time.
• To detect and prevent abuse, spam, or fraudulent activity (e.g. rate-limiting excessive requests).
• To communicate with you directly when you contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Discord.

Chat conversation logs are retained indefinitely to help us understand common questions and improve our service, unless you request deletion (see Section 6) or we manually clear older records. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Our chat assistant is powered by a third-party AI provider to answer questions our local knowledge base cannot handle. Only the message you send (and recent chat context) is shared with this provider to generate a reply — no other personal data is sent.

We use Cloudflare for security and performance, which may process your IP address and standard web request data as part of delivering our site to you.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect stored data, including restricting access to our admin dashboard to authenticated store administrators only. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you would like copies of your chat data removed, you may contact us via WhatsApp with your request, and we will remove matching records from our logs.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. The "Last updated" date below will always reflect the most recent revision.
